Stargaze Live Auction v1.0.2

Store WASM Code

This proposal is for migrating the Stargaze Live Auction contract to version v1.0.2 at Code ID 200.

This patch includes the following change:

• adjust emitted event when finalizing the auction to support alternative denoms
