Description
The previous proposal (#303) failed to execute due to a misconfiguration of the 07-tendermint-376 client. This time, everything should work correctly. The IBC client 07-tendermint-362 used for Injective has expired. This proposal reactivates it with the state from 07-tendermint-377.
